Processing Time All orders are processed within 4–8 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95. Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Free Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €75.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays SOVÉ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
